Net Floor With Slots (500x500mm)
The raised panel with slot is a new design used for office buildings. It is featured by combining the panel with the raised multi-way slots for cables. It can lower the height of the finished floor panel and help to optimize the room space available. The layout of the cables and wires would be more flexible with this design. Cables and wires would be laid out into the slots and can reach any place of the office rooms along with the slots. Besides. strong and weak currents can be isolated by marking the slots with colors and notes, which would greatly facilitate both the second layout and future maintenance.
The panel is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheets which are punched ,spot-welded ,coated with solid resin rounded with oxygen .Inside of the panel is filled with foamed cement .the wide of the panel is 15mm ,the concave (3mm) is for installing the pedsta and there is four M12 screw bars .
The system is composed of panel, Linking-Base, Central Cover-board, Rim Cover-board,and Bonding Construction. Each of the panel has 4 screw bars,it has been a fixed height when the products come out from the factory .when construct on the spot ,Bond the 4 bases throng the bottom-linking ,then the fixed distance naturally formed and the pedstal install area come up. Linking-Base is Used for linking the panel;Central Cover-board is Installed in the position of linking pedstal; Rim Cover-board is Installed between the panel and four corners of the pedstal.
