The panel is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheet, which is punched, stretched, spot-welded, and coated with epoxy powder after having been phosphoreted. Inside of the panel is filled with foamed and pure cement. The surface is stuck with anti-wear and fireproof high pressure laminate (HPL) or PVC tile. The borders are trimmed with or without conductive rubber edges.
The system is composed of panel, stringer and pedestal.The stringer and pedestal that are vertically adjustable are connected with screws, which forms the stable bottom bearing .The panel is inlaid in the square lattices enclosed by stringers.
